Americans

I was watching the game yesterday USA 0: 4 Czech and was a wikid game it was, when I realized how much everyone loves to see the Americans loose. It doesn’t matter if it’s the USA dream team basketball, their hockey, baseball, track or even their world cup football team. It seems that people will cheer as long as they can see them loose.

I guess this is true for anyone dominating power. No matter if it’s the small business taking on the huge corporate power house or a school nerd beating up the bully we love to see the underdogs win. It is kinda nice to know that in the end we are a supportive to the weaker powers. Maybe it is also why the submissive personality is more powerful then the dominant?
