Parking

It common knowledge that parking spots in general are hard to find and usually pretty expensive in large metropolitan cities. Some would say that there is even a competition for the better spots, and better parking garages. Well I have never really had an issue with this 'till now. At home I had a spot in the garage at school I had the president spot, in the capital I had a reserved spot and in the loo I had many of which to choose from. However living in the big city I have paid for a spot yet I find that I don't always get one... and it really really pisses me off. I mean I pay for a spot and there are only so many spots so they should only sell that many parking passes.

I really prefer reserve parking, I mean I don't know whats so hard about having a safe secure spot for my baby. Somewhere which I know it can call home even when I come home late or over the weekend. I have a designated room for myself...why can't my baby? Why is it so complicated and hard to have designated spots and why is the university so opposed to it?
