Birds

One of the first things I noticed while moving into Waterloo for the first time was that there where so many geese. All of you you go there know that it is impossible to avoid the geese. Some of us have been fortunate not to be attacked, chased or shat on. However I am not one of the fortunate. Since that incident I have always looked out for our flying friends, and yes I do duck or try to avoid them when they are flying above me. Recently I noticed that the geese in Waterloo are equivalent to the pignons in Toronto. I don't know what it is about southern Ontario but so far all the cities I've been to have a bird problem. I dislike animals in general but I do not approve of animal abuse. People who abuse animals for no reason are creul and should be dealt with. However in the same matter animals who abuse people should be taken in the same manner. The next time a bird or animal abuses me (yes I do call it abuse), I will take matters into my own hands.

And your wisdom has passed on to me - I duck and cover everytime I see a goose in the air!
